A Free, 9-week Strength Training and Conditioning Program with an option to learn to run a 5K. Option 1: Complete 3 strength and conditioning workouts and two stretch days for a 5-day per week conditioning program. Option 2: Add the running program for a 6-day per week program. Why would I do that? Running is important because it provides a wide range of health benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, better mental well-being, stronger bones, weight management, stress reduction, boosted immunity, and potentially even a longer lifespan; essentially, it can help you live a healthier and more energetic life by engaging multiple bodily systems through regular physical activity Spring is upon us, and this is the perfect opportunity to take control of your health, get outside more often, and release those endorphins that will make you feel great.
