3 Strength + Power Days, 2 Core Stability and Mobility Days Plus one Mind Body to check our attitudes on the mat. We are going ALL SUMMER LONG with this FREE 6-day-a-week conditioning program. Grab your dumbbells, a mini ball, a resistance loop band, and some water because we are working it all!!!! No training method is off the table. We are going Crossfit style WOD, Barre, Pilates, traditional strength training, plyometrics - Details- 30 Minutes or less Class Setup: Warmup with Glute Activation Workout Cool Down Videos drop - Monday - Saturday Equipment Needed: Dumbbells. Depending on your fitness level, anywhere from 5-30 pounds. Resistance Loop Band Mini Ball What weight should I use? One that is heavy enough to make your last three reps a struggle without compensating form. Time Requirement: Workouts are 30 minutes per day or under, 6 days per week for 8 Weeks.
