We are going Crossfit style WOD, Barre, Pilates, traditional strength training, plyometrics - The whole nine nards. Depending on your fitness level, anywhere from 5-30 pounds. Resistance Loop Band What weight should I use? One that is heavy enough to make your last three reps a struggle without compensating form. Time Requirement: Workouts are 35 minutes per day or under, 3 days per week for 4 Weeks. Fitness Level: Any and all. Modifications will be offered for all fitness levels. Cost: NADA!
