Alright homies — after last year we learned that less really is more. So we kept things simple: a clean logo and an no-nonsense program built to get you back into working out. Just two sessions a week. 25 minutes each. All you need is a set of dumbbells and a little space at home. No fluff, no overwhelm — just efficient workouts that get the job done. Let’s get to work. Equipment Needed: Dumbbells. Depending on your fitness level, anywhere from 5-50pounds. What weight should I use? One that is heavy enough to make your last three reps a struggle without compensating form. Time Requirement: Workouts are 25 minutes per day, 2 days per week for 7 weeks. Why 7? It's how the weeks fell.. Videos drop Tuesday and Thursday. Active Recovery on the off days is highly encouraged. (Hiking, yoga etc.) The format is 20 minutes of functional strength hiit followed by 5 minutes of cardio and core. Fitness Level: Any and all. Modifications will be offered for all fitness levels.
