Buffalo Chicken Wrap with 50g of Protein

These are perfect for meal prep. The chicken mixture stores well in the fridge. Just add tortillas!


This recipe makes 4 wraps.

Directions


  1. Cook and shred chicken breast.

  2. Combine cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined.

  3. Add shredded chicken to the sauce mixture.

  4. Fill tortilla with chicken mixture and wrap up tightly.

  5. Place fold side down on a hot frying pan, searing the first side, then the other.
