Complete 3 Functional Strength and Conditioning workouts per week that looks like this.

2 Minute Warm Up

20 minute workout-5 compound moves x 4 Rounds

2 Minute HIIT Finisher -2 exercises, 30 seconds each back to back with no break

5 minute Yoga + core

2 minute Cool Down



Option 2: Add the running program for a 5-day per week program.


Why would I do that?


Running is important because it provides a wide range of health benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, better mental well-being, stronger bones, weight management, stress reduction, boosted immunity, and potentially even a longer lifespan; essentially, it can help you live a healthier and more energetic life by engaging multiple bodily systems through regular physical activity.
