This is for everyone who finds programming workouts tedious and mentally exhausting.
A Free, 9-week Strength Training and Conditioning Program with an option to learn to run a 5K.
Option 1: Complete 3 strength and conditioning workouts and two stretch days for a 5-day per week conditioning program.
Option 2: Add the running program for a 6-day per week program.
Why would I do that? No one is chasing me.

•3 Full-Body Workouts Per Week: Each session targets your entire body, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive fitness routine.
•Time-Efficient: All workouts are under 30 minutes, making it easy to fit into your busy schedule.
•Minimal Equipment: All you need is a set of dumbbells, and you can perform these exercises anywhere.
•Holistic Approach: Each workout ends with a yoga stretch and breathwork to boost your energy, improve your mood, and enhance your overall health. Benefits:
